DHA Valley Islamabad

DHA Valley is the most recent addition to the DHA Islamabad portfolio. Property development and acquisition in this phase gained significant momentum after a successful ballot was conducted on December 23, 2018, allowing members to take possession of completed plots.

Another ballot is expected this year, with plans to hand over approximately 15,000 developed plots to members. Around 13,000 plots have already been completed annually.

Construction on the DHA Valley Grid Station has been finalized, and core services such as sewerage systems, road networks, and water supply are progressing in phases. Work has also started on a bridge that will connect DHA Valley to DHA Phase 5 and Islamabad Expressway via the DHA Expressway, following a slight realignment of the project.

Strategically located in the heart of DHA Valley, DHA Homes are situated adjacent to the Lily and Oleander Blocks. While the main access route is the DHA Expressway (currently under construction), more than half of the construction has already been completed, with full completion expected within the next 1.5 years.

For now, residents can reach DHA Homes via Kallar Syedan Road, passing through a temporary route via Shah Baagh and Oleander Block.
